Jon is the Principle Broker, part owner, and agent at Rise Real Estate. He lives in Hendricks County with his wife and two daughters. He has been serving his clients real estate needs since 2011, and come from a long line of realtors as both his Grandpa and Father have had successful real estate careers. Scott has been around real estate all his life. His father and grandfather have been in the residential, commercial, land, and development business for over 50 years, passing down much wisdom and experience to him. Before launching his career as a realtor, Scott was a mortgage loan officer gaining valuable insight into the financial portion of the real estate transaction. More important than these skills, he has a passion for people and loves using his knowledge to help them with finding a place to call home. Great personal care and communication is what you will receive when working with Scott. He lives in Whitestown with his wife; Elizabeth, daughter; Waverly, and son; Theodore.

Trent is a lifetime Hendricks County Resident and graduated from Tri-West High School in 2007. He enjoys staying connected to the community through family and friends. When he is not working in real estate he enjoys golfing and spending time with those close to him. Ashley was raised in rural northern Indiana and moved to Lizton, Indiana in 2013 where she and her husband are raising their 5 children. With a passion for God, family, and children, she enjoys volunteering for athletic teams, school activities and church events. Ashley’s passion for real estate stems from her belief that purchasing a home is a dream for most people and she loves being in the business of making dreams come true. Sam grew up in central Indiana and moved to Carmel for high school. He attended DePauw university and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He bought his first house at age 23 and he has been passionate about real estate ever since. Sam specializes in Hamilton county and the surrounding areas. Broker – Adam Arsich
Adam was raised in a real estate driving environment from an early age. Managing a portfolio of multifamily commercial & residential properties since his early years of schooling. He has a finance background through the Indiana University Kelley School of Business at IUPUI. Where he took real estate classes specializing in real estate investment finance, real estate analysis, and property valuation. To which he applies his knowledge and expertise to everyday task. Adam also is fluent in Serbian and enjoys taking part of his Serbian culture. On the community side Adam is involved in benefiting the community by participating in local cleanups and getting involved with community leaders. Adam is driven as he enjoys taking on new re-development plans and value add projects. He is glad to help first time home buyers, investors and others with their real estate needs.

Kyle grew up in Columbus, IN and graduated from Purdue University in 2010. He lives in Hamilton County with his wife Courtney, two daughters Grace and Amelia, and his son Theodore. After working in the medical field for 7 years, Kyle decided it was time to pursue his longtime passion of working in real estate. He grew up around the business as his grandfather built residential homes in Bartholomew County and his grandmother and mother managed several multifamily properties. Kyle has a natural willingness to serve and enjoys working hard for others to achieve their goals. Born in southern California, JR has made Hendricks county home since 2008. He has a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University. Real estate has been a love of his since he bought his first house in 2008. He is dedicated to making your real estate transaction quick, painless and satisfying. Newer to Indiana, Amanda moved here from Florida in 2014 and has fallen in love with the Hoosier state and all it has to offer. Growing up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Albert found his way to Indy when he attended Butler University – Go Bulldogs! – and has been a fan of the city and it’s sports teams ever since. While his background is in sales and marketing, his heart will always be in real estate. After buying his first rental property downtown he hasn’t looked back. Patti Henry serves as the Transaction Coordinator and a recently licensed Broker at Rise Real Estate. A lifelong resident of Hendricks County, she resides in Avon with her husband. Her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson all live just a cornfield away. With over 22 years’ experience in mortgage lending, she is excited to see the industry from a new perspective.
