Owner/Managing Broker Jon Bell

Jon is the Principle Broker, part owner, and agent at Rise Real Estate. He lives in Hendricks County with his wife and two daughters. He has been serving his clients real estate needs since 2011, and come from a long line of realtors as both his Grandpa and Father have had successful real estate careers.  Jon loves making his clients’ dreams a reality with creative thinking and tough negotiating. He has experience selling Residential, Commercial, Land, Foreclosures, and Churches in Marion and surrounding counties. High integrity, hard work, and hustle are three attributes to expect from Jon as he helps you with your real estate needs. His favorite aspect of the job is getting you the best possible deal on your new home!


Owner/Broker Scott White

Scott has been around real estate all his life. His father and grandfather have been in the residential, commercial, land, and development business for over 50 years, passing down much wisdom and experience to him. Before launching his career as a realtor, Scott was a mortgage loan officer gaining valuable insight into the financial portion of the real estate transaction. More important than these skills, he has a passion for people and loves using his knowledge to help them with finding a place to call home. Great personal care and communication is what you will receive when working with Scott. He lives in Whitestown with his wife; Elizabeth, daughter; Waverly, and son; Theodore.


Broker – Trent Whittington

Trent is a lifetime Hendricks County Resident and graduated from Tri-West High School in 2007. He enjoys staying connected to the community through family and friends. When he is not working in real estate he enjoys golfing and spending time with those close to him. Trent’s goal is to help his clients build and diversify long-term wealth through the avenue of real estate, while having fun throughout each transaction and continuing to be a resource for years to come.

Broker – Maggie Mizell
Maggie is a lifetime Hendricks County Resident and has been a full time Realtor since 2015 after she graduated from Tri-West High School. She has been very fortunate to have the support of her friends and family in her career, which has helped her receive the Keller Williams – Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and have her first million dollar month in total sales in 2018. Maggie’s goal is to provide a smooth and easy transaction for every one of her clients. To the there to help them in every step of the way.


Broker Tom Bell

Tom has been serving people in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas for as long as he can remember.  His father, mother, brother, son and son-in-law have all been realtors.  He loves people, real estate and all aspects of entrepreneurial business.  Tom has experience in residential, commercial, land, farms, foreclosures, HUD and USDA qualified property.  He believes that a good realtor should work as hard on a client’s deal as they do on their own.  This requires commitment, care, and constant communication throughout the entire transaction.  Tom has lived in Hendricks County his entire life and would love to help you buy or sell a home whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned investor. Tom and his wife Trasia have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.


Broker Ashley Paris

Ashley was raised in rural northern Indiana and moved to Lizton, Indiana in 2013 where she and her husband are raising their 5 children. With a passion for God, family, and children, she enjoys volunteering for athletic teams, school activities and church events. Ashley’s passion for real estate stems from her belief that purchasing a home is a dream for most people and she loves being in the business of making dreams come true. She is dedicated to listening to the wants and needs of clients and working hard to develop lasting relationships.


Broker – Sam Yeary

Sam grew up in central Indiana and moved to Carmel for high school. He attended DePauw university and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He bought his first house at age 23 and he has been passionate about real estate ever since. Sam specializes in Hamilton county and the surrounding areas. He looks forward to helping folks find their forever homes or investments!


Broker – Danette Shultz

Danette is returning to the real estate industry after spending several years in finance and accounting. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has extensive customer service training from working in the credit union industry. She love’s helping others, and real estate will allow her to provide excellent care and service to her clients. Danette and her husband Gary have 7 children and 5 grandchildren. They enjoy watching sports, playing golf, swimming and entertaining friends and family. She is ready and willing to help you find your dream home!


Broker Adam Arsich

Adam was raised in a real estate driving environment from an early age. Managing a portfolio of multifamily commercial & residential properties since his early years of schooling. He has a finance background through the Indiana University Kelley School of Business at IUPUI. Where he took real estate classes specializing in real estate investment finance, real estate analysis, and property valuation. To which he applies his knowledge and expertise to everyday task. Adam also is fluent in Serbian and enjoys taking part of his Serbian culture. On the community side Adam is involved in benefiting the community by participating in local cleanups and getting involved with community leaders. Adam is driven as he enjoys taking on new re-development plans and value add projects. He is glad to help first time home buyers, investors and others with their real estate needs.
